In recent years, the environmental pollution caused by water pollution is more and more serious, Infectious diseases caused by drinking water are threatening the health and lives of the people. How to achieve the effective disinfection method and get the safe and healthy drinking water has become a focus. The EOW got by water electrolysis is an environmental and friendly disinfectant and the alkaline water is also beneficial to human health, so the research of water ionizer becomes a hot topic. With the rapid development of computer technology, computer control technology is gradually applied to the water electrolysis device, a large number of electrical devices such as solenoid valves, motors are used in the apparatus extensively in order to improve the device operation’s safety and reliability. Intelligent control system becomes the development trend of the electrolysis of water.This paper describes the research status of the electrolysis of water, elaborates the process of electrolysis of water and electrolytic principle, and describes the mechanism of action of the product of the electrolysis of water. Under the conditions proposed, we determine the function that the water machine should have. According to the selection criteria of the CPU, we select the chip LM3S811of Cortex-M3core. In accordance with the theoretical basis of the sensor and the principle of selection, and the requirements of low pressure and flow, we select the bellows metering pump self-priming deceleration synchronous motor drive device to add electrolytes.According to the principlesof hardware design, the hardware circuit includes the power supply circuit, the buzzer circuit, a pump drive circuit, a liquid crystal display circuit and so on. According to the modular concept of the software design, the software was programmed by using Keil MDK in C language based on the function of each part of the CPU, Includes the main program and subroutine, such as a program converting an analog signal to a digital signal,the buzzer program, liquid crystal display program, the output drivers and interrupt program. We described the anti-interference issues of hardware and software that should be pay attention.
