Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Institution Management System

As a saying goes, nothing can be accomplished without norms orstandards. Institution can be used to improve the management of employee,management of work flow. Better institution can improve the work efficiency,bring enterprises a better reputation and actual benefit. With the rapiddevelopment of science and technology, there are to questions having to besolution. First, to realize a human based institution by using the informationtechnology. Second, to let all employees understand the institution and letthem involve in the formulation of the institution. These tow questions are whatthis paper mainly concern about.Medium-sized enterprises want to improve their employees’ sense ofbelonging and responsibility. For this reason, the enterprise need theiremployees to known their institution well and to build their institution. Toresearch on this need, I use software engineering development methods tobuild the enterprise institution management system. I analysis the systemrequirements, build the system architecture, design the system’s details andimplement the system.In the first part of this paper, the background and the significance of thisenterprise institution management system are introduced and analyzed. Then,the realistic significance of this system is illustrated.After clearing the goals, the paper briefly describes some relativetechnology, including the Visual Studio development environment, MVCframework and design patterns and so on.This article gives the design constraint after describes the design ideasof enterprise institution management system. And then, it builds the system architecture which meets the requirements of the system. At the same time,the net work architecture diagrams have also been draw. During the systemdesign stage, I use UML to describe three function modules of this system,they are user management module, institution management module andsuggest management module. After the design, it is the enterprise institutionmanagement system’s deployment.At last, the conclusion part of this paper carries on the summary to thistopic’s research, and also points out the following work.
