The training room of vocational colleges is the main teaching place for training applied talents.In recent years,the school has increased the investment of the training room,and the utilization rate of the training room has gradually increased.At present,there are still some problems in the management system of training rooms in some universities,such as backward management mode and low degree of informatization,which hinder the appointment of training courses and the comprehensive management of training rooms.In response to the national Internet plus strategic action plan,vocational colleges and universities integrate the "Internet +" into the modern information management mode of the training room,realize the networking of platform services,deal with all kinds of management problems in the training room,and ensure the normal development of training activities,which is an inevitable choice to improve the training service level.After investigating the automobile opening training center in a vocational school,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing management methods and makes detailed requirements analysis.According to the actual requirements,the general framework and function of the open practice management system are determined,and the modules in the management system are designed.The system provides a complete solution for the implementation of the open training management system from the aspects of training management design,information integration,implementation and verification.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The structure and design of the open training management system.In this paper,the requirement analysis of automobile professional open training room is carried out,and the use of B/S architecture mode,Microsoft SQL Server database and.NET Framework4.5 framework are used to design the information management system architecture and various use case diagrams that conform to the characteristics of the training room.(2)Design the functional modules of the practical training management system.This paper determines to use UML to model and design the function modules of the training management system in detail: the teacher management module mainly completes the appointment and scheduling of the training course,the query of the curriculum schedule and the record of the training course;the administrator management module completes the teacher management,asset management,report management,system management;and the student management module carries out the function of the training course sheet,the curriculum table query and the curriculum exchange.After designing E-R diagrams and logical structure diagrams of each entity,this paper realizes the model construction and form structure design of the database,and designs and develops the corresponding system functions in detail.(3)Service-based information service and information integration are realized.In order to meet the expansion and application needs of the network environment,on the basis of the training room management system functions,the business functions are grouped according to the application characteristics of asset services,curriculum services,educational services,user services and so on,which can be deployed independently on the basis of containers to increase the adaptability of the system to changes.The encapsulation of information service is realized based on REST.Data objects are processed by means of modeling and encapsulation.Web-based service invocation is completed by using encapsulated editing service information.Then business services and data objects are combined to automatically generate server-side components.It is convenient to support network invocation of application services.Through information service encapsulation,the system is connected with the external asset management information platform,and service-based data integration is realized.(4)Implement and verify the management system.In this paper,we use VS2013 and HTML5 development tools and technology,through Profiler tools for functional testing on the web side,using TTCPW tools to test server throughput.By testing and comparing the function of each module of the operation system and the effect before and after the application of the system,it proves that the management system of the open training room for automobile specialty meets the actual needs.It is a successful attempt to develop the laboratory management system in Vocational colleges.It also provides an information platform carrier for the training management and application based on network networking.It has practical significance and value.
