Intelligent Community Information Management System Based On Cloud Architecture

After entering into the21st Century, with the rapid development of Internet and thepopularization of computer technology, intelligent wave swept through every corner ofthe world, become an irresistible trend, and the intelligent community has become thetrend of modern architecture and property management. Intelligent community developsalong with the development of network communication technology, intelligent instrumenttechnology, modern control technology, computer technology, etc., through the use ofmodern information technology, network technology and information i ntegrationtechnology to precision design, optimization and integration of community equipment,automatic monitoring and to the residents of the collection of information resources andprocessing, to build a safe, efficient, convenient, comfortable living environment.Application of intelligent community will bring people safe, comfortable, efficient homelife, meet the needs of modern life greatly.In general, intelligent community has home intelligent management (intelligenthome furnishing property), intelligent management (information notice, utilities costs),community safety management, and information communication network managementfunctions. The core of intelligent community is build a smart community informationmanagement system. And the construction of information management system ofintelligent community generally includes two aspects: one is the property management,on the other hand is information. Property management is designed for the communityneighborhood, using high-tech means and product to provide efficient propertymanagement services, including community security, community intelligent managementfunction and comfort property services, to manage community life easily and to reducethe human and material resources. Information is the information service for communityresidents, not only provide Internet access, but more comprehensive services: onlineoffice, VOD, remote medical treatment, remote education, online stock trading,e-commerce, multimedia entertainment, online shopping, online information services,etc..There exists many problems in the construction of traditional community information system such as one-time investment cost is too high, any device has the possibility ofdamage, resulting in substantial economic loss of equipment maintenance, applicationinstallation, operation and updating problems bring trouble to users, which leads to badapplicability and portability of the system, and cannot scalable. As the system upgrade, itrequests users’ terminal computing ability also to higher and higher, the user onlycontinue with the upgrade, resulting in a waste of hardware resources. From a securityperspective, the securityof the data can’t be guaranteed, once PC suffered from virus orTrojan, may bring can’t imagine the loss to the users. In this paper, from a technical pointof view, searching for a means to not only complete the functions of traditionalinformation system, but also get rid of the defects of traditional system, give users adifferent experience. In this paper, I combined with the current popular cloud computingtechnology, through analysis and study of cloud computing technology, apply it tointelligent community information management system. To build smart communityinformation management system based on the Cloud Architecture (IntelligentCommunity Information Management System), the following abbreviated as ICIMS, soas to get rid of the shackles of the traditional information system, and bring comfortableworking and living environment to the all community residents. On the base of thenetwork, Cloud computing service provider rent the infrastructure, the powerfulcomputing capability and storage capacity to users. The system rent from a cloud serviceprovider, for the required IaaS services and PaaS services will design a SaaS modelaccording to the functional requirements, to provide services for the community.
