Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Community Information Management System Based On SSH Framework

The development of real estate in our country,the requirement of the intelligent community management is higher and higher.At present,many communities have developed management information system more complete,to a certain extent to meet the needs of users,but in the actual application process,there are still many problems,mainly analyzes the needs of the owners is not enough,collaboration between the various parts of the management system is not strong,intelligent degree is not high.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to build a highly intelligent management information system based on the analysis of user needs.The main contents of this paper include:1,analysis of the intelligent community construction business needs,by using the method of analyzing the needs of software engineering,from the point of view of the participants in different roles,analyzing the function and performance index summary of intelligent community system,and as a basis for the design and implementation of the system.2,according to the results of the system requirements analysis,combined with the system application mode,using the hierarchical structure of the overall design of the system.The system is divided into community information management,charge management,maintenance management,monitoring management and other subsystems;the logical structure,the system is divided into the surface layer,middle layer and data layer,using open source technology to achieve the function of each layer,and the relationship between different layers.3,in the system implementation stage,based on the system design scheme,the function of the system is realized.To realize the data management using Hibernate framework technology,complete the mapping between data and object;construct system of business logic layer using the Spring framework,the business logic component system has better encapsulation and requisition;overall architecture of the proposed system using the Struts framework,the relationship between the layers of the system ensure that loose coupling between the various modules of the system.4,in the system testing phase,according to the main function of the system design and implementation phase of discussion,design test case,test the function and performance of the system,verify whether the system can be applied to the actual work environment,and analysis of test results,discussed the application situation.The intelligent community management system is based on the application requirements of intelligent community,comprehensive utilization of network technology,computer technology,data processing technology,intelligent technology,constructed a set to be able to meet the needs of users,improve the efficiency of the community management system.The design and development of the system can effectively reduce the pressure of artificial management,so that the community residents to get better service.
