From the dynamic balance of problem has always been a research hot spot。People inorder to study the processing speed are faster, higher precision, more portable test system,to continuously improve the measurement system. This paper discusses the dynamicbalancing test system design, including hardware and software two aspects. This system based on ARM processor, operating system is Linux, surrounding thesignal processing and software platform, designed a measuring board consists of hardwarepart and software part. The hardware consists of signal conditioning circuit, A/Dconversion, ARM processor of three parts. Vibration signals through the sensor isconverted to A corresponding electrical signal, and signal conditioning circuit to get A/Daccept range of signal processing, again by A/D conversion for digital signal, finallythrough ARM processor processing, including weighted least squares method and solvingthe unbalance, finally displayed on the screen of amplitude and phase unbalance. Softwaredesign including the Linux system, A/D acquisition program, the signal processingprogram and interface development. Which Linux is created to meet the minimum systemrequirements of system to achieve the purpose of possession of a small amount of storagespace. A/D acquisition and signal processing program is run in the ARM processor forsignal processing applications. Because the ARM to touch screen, so by design softwareinterface can achieve good on a touch screen man-machine interaction. Through parameterSettings on the software can be different for different from processing and can display thecorresponding amount of unbalance of amplitude and phase. In this paper, the dynamic balancing test system is designed; through cooperate-ngwith different sensors can be turn for most of the test.
