The tide in the global information technology impetus, computer-related industry has been rapid development of the computer software industry due to system design techniques and associated development tools to improve the impact of innovation, computer software systems increasingly large scale and complexity, coupled with the market, the time to bring various pressures, bringing the reliability of computer software systems increasingly high requirements and standards, software reliability research in the field of software engineering is a hot research problem, because reliability unqualified computer software system in practical applications will bring very serious consequences. If the software quality management, the widely used software reliability engineering, which will produce a truly high-quality computer software products, so we say that software reliability engineering is that theoretical research value and move forward with practical application a technology.Today, a lot of research has been for reliability, after nearly30years of development and research, software reliability model theory has made some achievements, people pay more attention to software development and testing process, there have been hundreds of software reliability model and its deformation, etc., for the model related to the expansion has been engaged in research, but among the many model still does not exist a simple generic model. Practical applications in engineering, how to choose the right software reliability models, and how comprehensive the model predictions also a lack of effective solutions, in order to cope with this problem, this paper from three aspects of the research works: (1) The existing classic models such as JM, GO, Musa, LV were analyzed compared, in-depth analysis of the model assumptions, forecasting principles and defects of software reliability model to understand the evaluation criteria for the subsequent work to pave the way;(2) In the software reliability models based on in-depth research, for a single model to predict distortion problem, this paper presents a dynamic weight based on the weight and static mixing software reliability modeling strategy. First, for each estimation results of model predictions with each other to get the level of support for the target data dynamic weight; Secondly, according to each model with a reliability index for historical data to arrive at a comprehensive analysis of the static weight of each model; Finally, based on two kinds of weights mixed model, a hybrid model.(3) Based on the Windows platform using MATLAB software using the above mixed strategy modeling, and using a hybrid model to predict software failure data and model predictions with the results of the comparative analysis.Through experiments show that the proposed hybrid model enables software reliability models can be shared between multiple sub-compensation and promotion, to improve the accuracy of a single model prediction and stability.
