From The Perspective Of Risk Society For Investigative Reporting About The Social Function Of The Building

Nowadays China has entered an entirely different society from traditional society risksociety. With the development of industry and information technology innovation, the risksociety of the public situation faced more and more threaten by growing crises. In the contextof modern risk, it has become even more difficult to identify and forecast. At the same time, itis also more difficult to control. In this context, as the times require, a variety of mediachannels and forms emerged. As for its most obvious social function and social publicconsensus, the investigative report is with deep propaganda and its unique way of showing theremarkable ability of communication. Under the risk society background, the social functionof investigative report has been difficult to cope with the increasingly complex and hugesocial risk, so it needs to restructure its social function. This article focuses on the socialfunction construction of investigative report. In the present unique risk society, InvestigativeReport and Research Report of social function has changed greatly in discourse, socialsignificance, importance and development of network bringing the transportation. However,there are profound function buildings behind these changes. The focus of this article is toexplore the social function construction of investigative report under the context of risksociety.In this paper, the auther used the method of content analysis and extracted the sampleof the" Southern on the weekend"," China News Weekly"," Oriental Outlook" in2011,"7.23car" investigative special reports. With varying degrees of political investigative report fromthe two aspects--the selected content and news sources and from different politicalinvestigative report in comparison to study the risk society for investigative reportcharacterization and maintainability. The auther selected " Southern on the weekend" senioreditor reporter Fu Jianfeng’s investigative report, through specific case analysis to avoid forthe risk of external power, money capital, legal and policy aspects to expand its socialfunction. In next part, from such perspective--the system construction, public sphere, thearticle completed the function of a risk society investigative report social construction. Theauther tried to expound the investigative report in the social function of the building, which isin institutional construction for function expansion and the public domain and the media, thegovernment and the public in the structure of the function construction. There is a profoundsocial and cultural cause under its construction. From the perspective of risk society, this article put the investigative report into risksociety background, which is to use sociological research method for the specificcommunication text research to open a new perspective. At the same time, risk societyconcept combined with the specific communication text--the investigative report, which is anew research method in real research discussion and exploration.
