In the long-term operation, due to repeated load, concrete shrinkage and creep temperature changes, the decline of the foundation, reinforced concrete cracking corrosion and other factors, Modern long-span bridge changes the geometry of the bridge structure, so that the structure of component strength attenuation occurs, resulting in the test section of the change of the stress and strain. In turn, the bridge of excessive fatigue affects the vehicle safety of Bridges. It is significant to monitor the bridge structure health status of long-term, remote, real-time and online automatic for the long bridge operation.Bridge bridge stress strain monitoring system is the main part of the signal acquisition control. Through the stress of the bridge structure monitoring system based on the detailed analysis, this topic put forward a control data acquisition based on FPGA, the design scheme of the CDMA network to realize remote data transmission, it is based on FPGA control field data acquisition and wireless transmission system combines the FPGA embedded technology with CDM A wireless network technology. Stress of the bridge through the strain gauge of half bridge circuit to simulate the weak strain signal amplification, The system realizes the bridge stress data acquisition and A/D conversion, it sends the stress data to the CDMA DTU through the serial port, and then conver ted to TCP/IP data packets, use a CDMA DTU to send datas to the remote Web server, Using CDMA DTU delivered through the CDMA network to the Internet to send data to the remote Web server so that we can achieve real-time remote monitoring bridge stress data. This paper studies the design of content involves all aspects of the design of bridge strain detection system and has a strong practical, but also has certain reference value for the design of some of the other more complex industrial field monitoring system.
