Through control the growth of the oxide film rate can realize online dressing grinding wheel, which the technology is called ELID. And under certain conditions, the factors of affect the growth and dispel of the oxide film are the electrical parameters which include power supply voltage, current,control electronic switch control of the PWM frequency and duty cycle of square wave. This is foundation, which build ELID grinding oxide film growth process dynamic control system theory.The system includes STM32controller, programmable power supply, amplifier circuit and V-MOS circuits. STM32controller receives the oxide film thickness values which come from laser and eddy current sensor, and automatic invoking process library parameters, the timer output adjustable the frequency and duty ratio of PWM square wave, the serial port output dc programmable control power supply of the message. PWM square wave through the power amplifier circuit is used to control electronic switch module on and off, programmable dc power supply output voltage chopping through V-MOS circuit realization of high-frequency pulse voltage output, control the growth rate of oxidation film.The final experimental results show that the system has high dynamic response, but because of the hardware circuit is not perfect, and the shortage of technology library, its control precision is not high.
