Along with the photoelectric detection technology progress and the electronic interference means rich, photoelectric fire control system has been developed rapidly, and the navy of many countries researched the photoelectric fire control system one after another as the assistant fire control system of the fire control systems whose main detection equipment is radar of surface ship to meet the strong electromagnetic interference environment of operational requirement. At present, shipborne photoelectric fire control systems are mostly discrete system structures, so, the target data must be transmitted through the network between photoelectric tracking and fire control equipments, then the fire control equipment calculate the firing data and control the weapon. Under this structure, the signal transmission has too many links, some functions of the tracking and fire control equipments repeat, cause the photoelectric fire control system response time is long and the efficiency is low.In this paper, one kind of overall design method of the comprehensive integrated shipborne photoelectric fire control system has been proposed by researching the overall technology of the shipborne photoelectric fire control. There is only one control equipment that can not only observe target coordinate parameters but also calculate on the target firing data and control the weapon to shoot in this type system.It ean reduce the links between target signal and weapnn fire control calculation, and develop the response time and the firing efficiency of the weapon system. The main research achievements are as follow:Analyzed the working principle and mode of the shipborne photoelectric fire control system, designed the overall framework of the comprehensive integrated fire control system according to the function requirements. Set up the coordinate space conversion relationship of the photoelectric fire control system. Set up the simplified motion model of the certain types of targets and the filtering model of the tracking data of targets. Expounded the design scheme of the modules named fire control platform, system communication and servo control, and confirmed the port relationships among the modules. Designed the man-machine interface software and the mission software according to the mission of the photoelectric fire control platform; the man-machine interface software is responsible for comprehensively displaying the man-machine interaction, parameters inputting and system state; the mission software is responsible for filtering and calculating the tracking data, then calculate the firing data. Accomplished the debug of the system.Through the system debug, the overall design method of the comprehensive integrated shipborne photoelectric fire control system proposed in this paper has been proved, and the design requirements can be met.
