Spatial spectrum estimation is an important area in array signal processing, which is widely used in many fields. In recent years, DO A estimation in the wide application of mobile communication promotes the development of this technology and brings forward more requests about wideband signals processing. Some classical algorithms, such as delayed-add algorithm, capon minimum variance algorithm and MUSIC algorithm have been introduced and analyzed in the thesis. The ISM algorithm and The CSM algorithm have been studied for spread-spectrum signals.Furthermore, a TCT method based on fourth-order cumulant is presented to estimate the DOA in colored noise fields, The method is applicable to solve colored noise problem in spatial spectrum estimation for spread-spectrum signals.
