Barcode technology development has gone through one-dimension barcode andtwo-dimension barcode. One-dimension barcode has fast input speed; high reliability; low cost;easy use etc. In addition to advantage which one-dimensional barcode has, two-dimensionbarcode still has other advantages. Such as, the error correction ability is strong; bit error rate isextremely low; the secrecy is strong. However, two-dimension barcode and one-dimensionbarcode have common faults: volume is big and information capacity is small. In1999, the thingnet concept was put forward. People use automatic radio frequency identification (RFID)technology to identify objects through the non-contact way. RFID has fast recognition way, butits secrecy is not strong and vulnerable to electromagnetic interference. In2009, researchersfrom the Media Lab of MIT invented a kind of optical label and this kind of optical label takesaccount of advantages of the two-dimension barcode and RFID. According to the principle ofBokode label, the article will design and make an integrated micro-optics label system. In orderto make people more easily detect and read QR two-dimension barcode information, thereceiving end of the optical system uses mobile phone camera. In order to cut cost and applymicro-optics label massively, transmitting terminal of the system uses an integrated process tomake. In this paper, we use a design method that according to mobile phone camera fixedparameter I work out the transmitting terminal parameter. Firstly, through the optical systemfield stop analysis, we derive the visual micro-two dimensional code block size formula, micro-two dimensional code image block size formula and the focal length of the small lens. Then,According to result, we adopt static cast legal system for small lens array and choose theaccuracy of light drawing machine to make two-dimension barcode. Last, we stick the small lensarray and micro-two dimensional barcode array neatly and use laser cutting machine to cut them.After cutting, we get an integrated transmitting terminal. Experiments show that the proposedlabel system design method is feasible. Based on N8camera phone design of the optical tag isreceived and decoded correctly within8~21mm.
