In this paper,the design of substrate integrated waveguid reonate cavity has accomplished,aswell as the coupling feeding structure.And,according to the purturbation theory,the method to testthe dialectrical constant of the perturbation meterial has proposed.The main work is as follows:[1] Simulation of the SIW resonate cavity’s eigen structure has accomplised,and compution of theresonance frequency and the quality factor has done in the simulation environment.[2] Complish the coupling feeding structure of coaxial line that is50Ω to SIW resonate cavity,andoptimalize the structure which has the S11equals to-24.7dB.[3] Derivate the comparison expression between the resonance frequency、Q factor and thedialectrical constant,according to the Perturbation theory.[4] Insert the perturbation meterial with different dialectrical constant into the SIW resonate cavitywhich is coupling single fed.Simulate the structure in the simulation environment and compute theunknown dialectrical constant according to the comparision expression which is alreadyderivated.And then,compare the simulation value to the theoretical value.In a word,the design of the structure of coupling single fed SIW resonate cavity wereaccomplished,and inserted the perturbation meterial with different dialectrical constant into thisstructure.Calculate the unknown dialectrical constant according to the derivated comparisionexprerssion.
