Based on the broad applications of Substrate Integrated Waveguide resonate cavity, SIW resonate cavity not only has low loss, low radiation, high quality factor, but also has the characteristics of integrated. Due to these reason, the coupling feeding structure of SIW resonate cavity were designed in this paper. The main work is as follows.(1) The dual port and single port of coupling feeding structure of micro strip line and SIW resonate cavity are designed successfully. For example, the insertion loss is near zero dB.(2)The coupling feeding structure of coaxial line to SIW resonate cavity has been analyzed. Using surge impedance 75 ? coaxial, S11 reaches -22dB.(3)The coupling feeding structure of coplanar waveguide and SIW resonate cavity is also researched. Bestowing the theory of coplanar waveguide coupling, the single mode cavity was devised.(4)With the help of enigma mode, the SIW resonate cavity perturbation method on material dialectical const was researched.In a word, the design of SIW resonate cavity and the structure of coupling feeding were accomplished. Moreover, it could be used in the test of microwave material dialectical const.
