With the situation of water shortage increasingly severe, Water-saving become an important topic the contemporary era, In this context, The using of intelligent water control systems has become increasingly widely. With the development of radio frequency identification technology, Water control system is more and more intelligent and convenient, which hangs water-saving and intelligent together closely. Traditional water control systems are generally based on single chip microprocessor, controlling valve with the contact switch, and transmitting data transmission with RS485. Obviously, it is insufficient in the aspects of the system running speed, accuracy of data transmission, power consumption and intelligence. Therefore, it is significant to design a better water control system.This thesis proposes an improved water control system design basing on the water control system in domestic. The design uses ARM processor with high rate, low power consumption and small volume, control valve, using reliable data transmission, High speed CAN-bus uploading data. Water control system consists of three modules:the module master, the module of RF IC card reader.And the module of display. The module of master consists of the microcontroller, the memory circuit, the CAN-bus communication circuit and so on. Which realizes functions of controlling RF IC card reader, displaying information, storing consumer information and blacklist information and uploadding data. RF IC card module consists of microcontrollers, RF IC card reading and writing circuit, completing the non-contact IC card reader; the main function of display module is to show the the consumer balance and Date.Three modules are independent, clear division of labor, mutual cooperation.This paper designs various parts of circuits and draws the printed circuit board based on the analysis of intelligent water control system functional requirements. It also complies program related and does debugg and functional testing at hardware and software.The water control system have be used in the bathroom and kaishuifang of school. The running results show that water control system running fast,low power consumption,convenient and reliable,So the water control system is to meet actual demand.
