Research And Implementation Of Personalized Resource Recommendation System For Vocational Education

In the current education field,educational resources are constantly being enriched,and along with the development of the Internet,education has shifted from traditional classroom education to online education.The current educational resources is in an expanding stage of development,resulting in the current object of receiving education is often plagued with information overload.How to obtain useful educational resources from a variety of complex educational resources has become a problem for many users one question.In view of the information overload problem,this article adopts personalized recommendation technology to solve the problem of personalized education resources recommendation in the current secondary vocational education field.Personalized recommendation technology,as a technology widely used in the Internet era,is inseparable from the rapid development of network information technology in its generation and development.In particular,the current booming development of big data technology can be achieved through the assistance of big data technology.Personalized recommendation technology for raw data acquisition,cleaning,storage,and analysis.The development of big data analysis and processing tools such as Spark,Hbase,and ElasticSearch has brought great convenience to the development of personalized recommendation technology.In this article,it is also the use of the current mainstream big data analysis and processing tools and docker container cloud for personalized recommendation system to achieve early data analysis and environmental configuration work.This dissertation focuses on the problem of overloading educational resources in the field of vocational education in the era of Internet technology,and studies the application of personalized education resource recommendation system based on collaborative filtering algorithm in the secondary vocational education field.In response to the problem of data storage,cleaning,and tagging of massive,multi-structured educational resources,the analysis of teacher-student behavioral data in the original secondary vocational education stage has adopted big data processing tools such as Spark and ElasticSearch and emerging container clouds such as docker and kubernetes.The tool implements a personalized education resource recommendation system based on Spark Big Data in the process of secondary vocational education.Through the test analysis of the prototype system,shows that the system studied in this paper is consistent with the features of the system structure in software engineering that are clear and have strong applicability.
