China as a big manufacturing country, every year exploitation of vast mineralresources to meet the needs of the social and economic development. But the level oftechnological development is relatively backward and complex geological conditions,a number of factors present in our country and the exploitation of mineral resources,resulting in mine accidents occur every year. In other countries, many mines have been“zero deathof mining”. Learning foreign technology research and development topromote mine life-saving cabin imminent.This subject in the study of the development status of underground life-savingcabin at home and abroad, underground removable life-saving cabin is a technologyhigh integration device, which involves machinery, automation, computer, electronicsand other disciplines in mine accident not withdrawn from the miners to provide atemporary shelter to withstand the explosion shock, isolation of harmful gases. Providefood, water, oxygen for trapped miners, but also external communication to guide therescue. The paper describes the structure and working principle of the life-saving cabintemperature and humidity control system, the detailed description of the system designprocess. Introduced in the design of automatic control theory, replacing the existingcontrol methods, not only reduces the device’s own energy consumption, but alsogreatly improve the internal environment. This design, system modeling andsimulation using Matlab to verify the feasibility of the entire system.On the basis of the control system, also designed a life-saving cabin temperatureand humidity control system hardware architecture. Electronic CAD Altium Designersoftware designed hardware circuit schematics, and draw the diagram of the PCBprinted circuit board wiring. Lower machine hardware using an AVR microcontrolleras the central processor, designed the matching circuit for the control of functionalmodules based on the features of the various components and circuit kind ofexperimental test. Control system accuracy and stability, and application of a variety ofsophisticated sensor hardware. SCM system using C language modular programmingmethods, the preparation of various functional modules of the masters program, and draw the program flowchart. Finally, debugging and modification of the hardwaresystem.
