With the development of the IC-technology and micro-electro mechanical systems (MEMS) technology, micro-satellites functional density continues to improve, and micro-satellites has developed to low-cost, high integration, suitable for satellite formation. It is suitable for universities to research. Over the past decade, colleges and universities as the main developed and launched a large number of micro-satellites. Zhejiang University micro-satellites research center has carried out satellite research over10years, with a large micro-satellites technology accumulation, has launched a three micro-satellites into orbit. In the management process of satellites, we find that manual monitoring method has great work intensity and demand for in-orbit testing.To address this urgent demand for the project, this paper investigates of the existing in-orbit testing methods, propose a rule-based matching method for in-orbit testing, and build a loop simulation system. On this basis, completing in-orbit testing sub-systems, and test validationThe key of in-orbit testing is the modeling of the rule base, rule base modeling method in this paper includes two aspects:rules modeling method based on the design of satellite system and in-orbit telemetry data mining modeling method. Previous method, in-depth study of the design details of every subsystems, understand the physical significance of the various parameters and properties, so as to extract the relevant rules;latter method, analysis the existing in-orbit telemetry data, mining the rules behind data.
