The Design And Research Of Comprehensive Education System

In recent years，with the expansion of colleges. scale, the diversification of teachingmethods and the closer cooperation between schools and enterprises, the educationaladministration management has become more and more complicated. It is imperative toimprove the ability of this educational administration management by fully using the modeminformation technology to establish educational administration system. This thesis constructsa C/S and B/S educational administration plat through analyzing and designing the actualsituation of the education administration in Zhao qing science and technology polytechnic.Firstly, this thesis describes the system’s researching background and analyzes thecharacter tics of the new administration system. Secondly, through analyzing thesystemic business need, it discusses the analysis and design of this system, expounds thetarget system construction and describes the function of the system and database design. Thiseducational administration system has covered every functional component, which not onlyintegrates various aspects such as registration, student status, class arrangement,curricula-variable, examination, scores, teaching valuation and so on but also supports thebroad region network to handle campus official business, therefore it can surely reduce thehand labor works of administration management drastically. The main function moduleswhich are fulfilled in this thesis include student management, teacher management, coursemanagement and score management.This educational administration system has realized the management, sharing andinquiry of open information on the function. Meanwhile, its higher interaction and securityhave helped to improve the teaching efficiency and quality. Furthermore, it basically achievesthe predetermined goal. Through test and analysis, the development of this system not onlyadapts to the trend in the development of network information but also promotes educationaladministration informatization in higher vocational colleges. In a word, the development ofthis system has an important application value.
