With the rapid development of computer technology, the Experimental Programwhich transformed from science and technology and research,begin to increase.Thereare more content and curriculums for undergraduates and graduate students to learn andeach person’s interest is different, the need for the course are different. In suchcircumstances, it is more important to implement the reform of experimental teachingcontent,physical experiment teaching system, experimental teaching methods and so on.No longer meet the requirements of the times for the whole class to class, unifiedTimetable way of the experimental teaching method. Therefore, the need for thephysical experiment teaching system reform, including the teaching mode, teachingcontent, assessment measures, teaching methods and teaching management, and otheraspects of reform. Thus a higher demand for teachers:We need to break the previousexperimental curriculum system first,then build the experimental teaching system withmulti-level and multi-class experiments to form the modern managed teaching modethat consistent with new curriculum system.According to the needs of the business processes of Yunnan Normal University,Technical Institute of Physics and Electronic Information, developed the physicalexperiment teaching and management system.This system is based on B/S structure,use the development techniques of JSP and SQL SERVER2005, the use of the objectand the design of the software structure of a combination of both developedmanagement software. Centralized management, network and software technology,combined with the actual business of the school, developed a set of managementfunctions and experimental teaching aids suitable for the software of the actual needs ofusers. In practical use, it greatly improves the efficiency of laboratories,and in the meantime short business cycles, result in a good configuration of a variety of resources,asignificant reduction in office resources,thus improving the quality of teaching.The user of this system is divided into student learning modules (for students),educational administration module (for educational administration personnel), teachers’module (for teachers), public inquiry module (for the public). It gives students self-learning space, content and time, to meet the needs of students personalitydevelopment, provides a very good way to cultivate students’ creative ability andinnovative spirit;provides a fast, accurate and convenient experimental teaching andexperiment management tools to teachers, plays a significant role to experimentsmanagement and teaching in physics,improves the efficiency of educationaladministration and teaching of physics experiments.To meet the world standard it’s alsoa key condition of standardized management of physics experiment teaching andscientific management.This paper describes the research and development process of the system mainlyincluding feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, data structures, the overall design,database design, data flow, the system detailed design, as well as the need to address thekey issues, highlighting the system functional modules of the design ideas and detailedimplementation.
