Design And Implementation Of The IMS Service Activation Platform

As the Mobile operators recombination is completed, the whole business times iscoming. The whole business competition is intense with each passing day. The biggestchange of the whole business operations is from providing basic networkcommunication services to providing the integrated information services of the contentand application. As the most important link in the service opening process, the functionof network activation is to complete the service information ordered by customers at thenetwork side equipment for end-to-end configuration process, thus achieving themapping from customer order business to the actual physical device. In order toimprove the service opening speed, to shorten the new business launching cycle, and toignore differences from all manufacturers of network equipment in the serviceconfiguration process, it needs to establish corresponding IT support system to meet therequest of automation and real-time service activation.According to the requirements above, this paper takes the business of IMS(IPMultimedia Subsystem) activation of platform construction as the main research object.The author analyses the current situation and problem of business activation system. Inthe paper, it describes the overall train of thought of system construction as well as theoverall system architecture design. At the same time, the author carefully analyses thekeys and difficulties during the process of building the system, to solve the problem ofmore manufacturers, more technology, more flexible access point protocol. In the paper,there is a realization of the activation process of complex task management andscheduling and an establishment of an anomalous situation of security controlmechanism as well. According to the business demand, a detailed analysis is carried out.And then the service activation platform is designed from four aspects which are systemarchitecture, system function, system processes, system security. In the end, the systemimplementation based on the overall frame design is completed by overcomingdifficulties of construction.This paper describes how to build an overall frame design of the networkactivation platform, and how to build an editable configurable activation model and business package in detail. Also it describes detailedly the complex task schedulingmechanism.At the end of the paper, IMS service activation platform research is summarized.Also the inadequacy that exists at present is pointed out for putting forward to nextworking thought.
