Design And Implementation Of Integrated Business Management System In The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Economic And Information Technology Committee

Now，with the steady progress of the national construction, government agencies,e-government information construction has developed rapidly, information processingtechnology, computer network communications and automated control of the continuousimprovement of technical level, so that government departments can create a unifiedand comprehensiveexamination and approval management system. Xinjiang UygurAutonomous Region, Economic and Information Technology Committee is in charge ofXinjiang region, the industrial economy and construction sector, responsible for theguidance of Xinjiang’s15prefectures (cities), economic and information work, andpromote their respective departments and subordinate particularly urgent business needsaround the state (city) a modern management model, to improve the operationalefficiency of government agencies, to improve the accuracy of administration,confidentiality will be very important. In this paper, I mainly from the XinjiangAutonomous Region, through the perspective of the actual business needs of theInformation Commission proposed a solution based on J2EE Web security architectureintegrated business management system.The system includes the approval of the project application for a permit disclosureof information, function modules, Ooracle10g database based on the MVC (model-view-controller) design pattern, including the relationship between Hibernate databaseinsinuate technology, the Spring lightweightdynamic injection technique andWEBWORKlayer technology, to achieve integrated services between the XinjiangUygur Autonomous Region, economic and Information Technology Committee andsubordinates throughout the state (city) and the paperless office management of moderninformation technology model, in order to improve the operational efficiency ofgovernment agencies to enhancestate of the data services, as well as the accuracy of theenhanced administrative work.The following results: in the process of research and development system to solvea variety of data services through a common management system integration, theintegration of a variety of data services; the secondary development to promote the introduction of new services, adapt to demand new changes; through the application ofJ2EE technology to improve system performance;provides a variety of browsemanagement methods, including the PC side, the mobile terminal, PDA side. Made theresults based on the use of software engineering methods, the results of research appliedto practical work, and gradually improve the practical effect, making it more suitable forthe business needs of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Economic andInformation Technology Commission.
