They have also freed people from those complicated and difficult tasks.Although all kinds of softwares keep emerging nowadays, they are still not enough tosatisfy specific users’ needs, as a result, people have to keep developing softwares tocater to their specific needs. The roll management system for cadets, especially inmilitary academies, is an indispensable part for personnel status management in amilitary education department, whose contents are vital to both the decision-makers andeducational administration staff. Hence the system should have provided adequateinformation and various convenient searching methods for the special user---army.What’s more, it should have kept improving efficiency in the management application.Nevertheless, for quite a long time, the traditional managing ways without the aid ofcomputers have been adopted by the administration in military academies, which haveso many shortcomings listed as follows: low work efficiency, poor secrecy and so on.Moreover, for the frequent alternation of cadets, a large quantity of documents and datawould be produced soon, which have brought a lot of difficulties to search, renew,maintain and store information. However, information processing with the aid ofcomputer has such incomparable advantages as rapidity and convenience in search, highreliability, rich information storage, strong secrecy, high efficiency, long life and lowcost, which could greatly raise the efficiency of the roll management system for cadets.In the meanwhile, it is an important way for scientification, standardization andnormalization of cadet management.
