According the relevant provisions of Supreme People’s Procuratorate and SichuanProvincial People Procuratorate, Chengdu prosecutors at all levels have beenconstructed investigation command system. Although they have realized the remotecase command, case briefing, case discussion, evidence transmission and informationsharing functions. Each country prosecutors builded his system alone with differenttechnical and methods. So the system has different data format standards. This causedinterrogation video data only stored in each country, data resources can not maximizeshared. At same time, there is a hidden dangers on the video data security, and can notfully utilize the storage space. Due to technical strength is weak, some counties can notdone alone the system’s day-to-day management and maintenance.The main work of this thesis is based on the digital organism system, hasresearched and developed the management system of investigation command system.The work target of this thesis is unified manage the investigation command systemdispersed in the city’s20districts and counties, and unified storage video data ofinvestigation command system, and meeting the growing demand for data storage andsecurity needs of important information assets. At the same time, we need achievingdata invulnerability and unified management. The main work of this thesis is:1) This thesis has introduced the construction background of investigationcommand management system and application requirements, and given out the systemfunctional requirements and non-functional requirements, the business process flowand the process instance also be given out.2) This thesis has designed the software logical structure, and given out thefunction of the major modules, as well as the relationship between them. According tothe system function structure, the system is divided into Data collection subsystem andunified management subsystem.3) For data collection and unified management subsystem, this thesis has designedinternal structure, process flow and configuration files. In addition, according to the system functional requirements and data dictionary, the database structure has beendesigned.4) This thesis has designed the external interface, key data structures, keyalgorithms and the exception handling mechanism of system in detail. So we hassolved the key issues of the system.5) This thesis has described the deployment of the completed system, and throughblack-box testing, has verified main function of system. The test results show that: thesystem fully meet the functional requirements.With the construction and putting into use of the system in People’s Procuratorateof Chengdu, we have realized unified management all counties investigation commandsystem, and unified storage of various data. And based the Digital OrganismsDestruction-Resistant System, the remote disaster recovery have achieved.
