The Design And Implement Of Finance Management System Of Fjnu Fuqing Branch Campus

Along with the development of the higher education of our country，educationalfund increases greately，how to enhance the level of the finance management and reducewaste becomes the most important thing needs to pay attention to. currently，financework innovates ceaselessly in the information model. Design and develop a financemanagement system that fits for the facts of finance work of Fuqing Branch Of FujianNormal University (FBFJNU) is a significant way to increase efficiency of the financework.This thesis is based on the fact of the finance management of FBFJNU, using thenewest management theory and most popular software development skills，referring tothe experience of FBFJNU， creating some roles such as super administrator，administrator，teacher，executive personnel，leader according to their different power；and the system also be divided into some subsystem such as college managementsubsystem，institute management subsystem and auxiliary management subsystem.This system bases on the MVC design pattern and J2EE architecture，OOA andOOD methods are used to analysis and design system，Visio and Powerdesigner areused as modeling tool，myeclipse is the IDE tool，the DBMS is Oracle10g.The main contents of the thesis are as follows：（1）According to the information strategy and the financial fact of the FBFJNU，the basic system requirements are described in this thesis，all the course of therequirement analysis is on the basis of the principles of requirements engineering，theMicrosoft Visio2003is also used to help designing.（2）During the course of the system design，OOD is the main design method to beused，the preliminary design and detailed design of every module is based on OODmethod，such as system structure designing，system database designing and theinterfaces between each module designing.（3）This thesis also describes the concrete course of the system implementation，this portion gives an example of three key subsystems，such as research work fundsmanagement subsystem，asset management subsystem，teacher’s salary management subsystem，giving the codes of the system implementation，the meaning of the code andthe pictures of system running.（4）Using the white box testing method and black box testing method to checkwhether the system functions are fit for the anticipate requirements and find out thesystem Bugs.
