Based on the main responsibility of municipality and county bureau, the system of tax administration supervision and inspection divides the disciplinary inspection into incorruptibility and self-discipline, judicial case management and professional ethos construction. All the supervision and inspection tasks have clear and detailed content, basis, standard, workflow and forms for reporting statistics. In accordance with these and through the modules, the information management of tax administration supervision and inspection can be achieved.This paper adopts Windows2003Server as system platform, Oracle large-scale database and Java programming language to achieve the information management of tax administration supervision and inspection, including the disciplinary inspection into incorruptibility and self-discipline, judicial case management and professional ethos construction.This paper analyzes the background information and the developing status, briefly expounds the main tasks that need to deal with; It concentrates on the system objects, designing principle, system framework and functional modules; It analyzes the core work, interface design, system interface etc. as well as the detailed technology and methods to implement.This paper contributes in the following aspects:First, elaborately analyzed the demands to realize the system of tax administration supervision and inspection.
