The Design And Implementation Of Financial Inquiry System For TVCME

The project’s background is that large financial software is expensive, and the function is not suitable for our college’s work flow. Therefore, According to the specific requirement and the College Information Development Plan for Twelfth Five-year, The department of financial decide to develop the software with the Information Technology Department.According to the requirement from investigation, the system needs to realize the function:teacher’s salary inquiry, income and expenditure inquiry, item funds inquiry. The salary query system need to provide a variety of table for different need. For the departments, the system achieves the department budget management. For the student, it meets students to query tuition, scholarship, grants. For the leaders, it meet the requirement overall financial status. For administrators of the financial department, it meets the requirement of data import and export. The system could meet safety requirements to avoid the common attack, to filter the special characters from the information released.The project developed by rapid prototype, and analyzed by software tools that includes:the DFD, system diagram, function diagram, ER model tool etc in the phase of requirement analysis. At the design stage, we made the function decomposition, software structure design, database design and security design. In code phase, designed program by program flow chart. This project put attention to the software test, and made the analysis of quality risk plan, designed test plan outline and test points. According to the test point to design test case, it was tested in the simulation environment, and analyzed the results.This system adopts the B/S structure. It is developed by ASP.Net4.0, C#language, part of the page static code using CSS to write, the Visual Studio2010ultimate is the tools for development and testing. The database developed by Microsoft SQL Server2005. The UI designed and implemented by Dreamweaver CS4and Photoshop CS4. The system platform is Windows Server2003. Web Server is IIS7.0.The test shows that the system is security and stability to run under the condition of hardware and software. Achieve a variety of funds management and inquiry, data import and export flexible, backup and restore accurately. This system achieves the expected goals. It has the potential to promotion in the similar college.
