Special equipment is the safety of life,the risk of large boilers,cranes,elevators,pressure vessels(including cylinders),pressure pipes,passenger ropeway,large-scale amusement facilities.Special equipment in our 15%annual rate of rapid growth,is widely used in the production of special equipment makes life special equipment safety management and more attention.Special equipment life-cycle,including design,manufacture,installation,use,maintenance,repair,alteration,updates until retirement and other sectors,relatively independent of all aspects of the information,nor an information sharing platform,making carrying special equipment safety management when generating a lot of problems.For example,in different regions,different units may also have a lot of different kinds of special equipment production units,these different special equipment in the production,use,testing and other areas,resulting in a lot of key information related to the need for special equipment safety supervision,which mainly basic information,including special equipment,information equipment inspection,equipment maintenance information.Using the unit and monitoring unit will be able to use this information platform for the integration of this information to develop special equipment inspection and maintenance program,the establishment of scientific and regulatory information system.In order to solve the above problems,improve the status of special equipment safety management,special equipment to reduce the occurrence of accidents and improve the efficiency of special equipment safety management,proposed and developed special equipment evaluation information platform is based on the risk classification of things.Things of special equipment based risk classification evaluation information platform will be effectively applied to the use of special equipment manufacturing enterprises,special equipment inspection and testing agencies,special equipment safety supervision departments to strengthen the communication of information related to various aspects of special equipment between,providing all aspects of things of technical support services and data.Eventually developed special equipment classification and evaluation of risk information platform based on the following features of things.1.The information used in the development of the open source platform Google maps,based on data to the device,to achieve a dynamic map function,the device satellite imagery,geographic information visually presented to the user to fully realize the regulatory visualization,users can see the satellite image of the equipment so as to enhance the efficiency and safety supervision.2.The introduction of the concept of things to develop special equipment supervision information platform,using a radio frequency identification technology to collect device information collected by sensors carried special equipment to monitor and transmit information in real work.This is compared to the conventional sensor alarm system to achieve a vertical macro-regulatory data processing special equipment and special equipment.
