According to the complexity of the coal mine’s environment underground and theproblem that it is hard to understand a single value of the number for non-professionals,propose a kind of fuzzy intelligence sensor which combines the fuzzy theory andRBFNN(Radial Basis Function Neural Network) to apply to mine safety monitoringfield,regarding the fuzzy intelligence sensor system as a study object and on the basis ofboth at home and abroad to conduct research.The paper firstly described the coal mine safety monitoring system and the researchof fuzzy sensor’s present situation, purpose and significance, and then studied the basicprinciple of fuzzy sensors whose core is to achieve the conversion between numericaland symbols. While it constructed the fuzzy sensor’s basic structure of the system andthe generated method of semantic concept. Then it focused on the algorithm model ofmembership functions and the optimization algorithm model of and the combination ofRBFNN and fuzzy theory, which achieved the membership function’s optimization andimproved the accuracy of the results by combining the advantages of them. Also, thepaper designed the fuzzy gas sensor’s communication unit which achieved the coal minemonitoring system’s digital network by adopting CAN field bus technology to transferinformation, and then took the corresponding interference measures through theanalysis of software interference and hardware interference underground. While it alsogave those places who need improving. Finally, it used the real data provided by HeBeiKaiLuan coal as the application through the real example’s analysis and simulationresults show that the method proposed by this paper improved the processing ability ofuncertain information and decision skills, whose output is human language, solving theproblem of understanding a single value of the number for non-professionals difficultly.
