The study regards fuzzy intelligence sensor system as study object, which provides a mine safety monitoring fuzzy intelligent sensor system in view of the issues that the amount of information, more noise, more parameters, such as dynamic as well as the characteristics of a single value of the number of non-professionals was difficult to understand on the basis of both at home and abroad to conduct research in-depth analysis.First of all, this paper demonstrated the significance of constructing the intelligent fuzzy sensing system, and the feasibility of application, and then discoursed the theory of intelligent fuzzy sensors, which mainly researched on the core of the intelligent fuzzy sensors - value / symbol conversion feature and the realization of the principle of methods, and then researched respectively the coal mine gas fuzzy sensors and the improved gas fuzzy sensors used in mine safety monitoring. Also, the communications unit of mine safety intelligent fuzzy sensor was designed, using CAN bus technology to achieve the information transmission and to realize digital network of the mine safety monitoring system. Finally, the good anti-interference was researched and used. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper raise the effect of the decision-making and the identification to the underground information, greatly reduce the uncertainty caused by the harsh environment, and make the output of human language easy for non-professionals to understand. Of course, the methods in many areas have yet to be improved and in-depth study due to experimental conditions and time constraints.
