Student Management System Based On Ssi Architecture Design And Implementation

Traditional management of trainees depends mainly on manual operation which trends to be low-efficient, fallible as the number of trainees and information grows rapidly and the types of information become various as well as work procedure gets much more complicated. The Management System of Trainees’Information makes it possible for a training institution to share resources, being rationally used and for trainers to be close to their trainees. And it helps a training institution to raise its management level. Meanwhile, it lays the foundation for a training institution’s informationization and digitalization.The system deals primarily with the information of a training institution. And this paper studies the Management System of Trainees’Information which is set in the trainee management of Qing Yang Training Institution. In my paper, I elaborate different requirements with various roles such as administrators, operators, trainers and trainees according to my studies. The paper includes basic information management, score management, client management, interviews management, book circulation management, functional requirements of system maintenance, and performance requirements and data requirements for the system. Based on the detailed need analysis, I further describe contents on system design, which consists of module division, process design of every module and database design. The paper also concerns how to implement the system partly, consisting of trainees’basic information management, score management, books circulation management, interviews management, the system’s states maintenance, forms verification, import and export of excel, exception handling etc. At last, I make a summary for the system.The Management System of Trainees’Information is cross-platform compatible, portable, extensible and fault-tolerant for the technology of SSI architecture (Struts+Spring+Ibatis) is being used. Also, it has delicate function, good performance and high safety in actual environments. The system improves the work efficiency of a training institution, greatly saves the cost of management and at the same time creates much economic benefit.
