Fireworks manufacturing is a traditional industry in China; so far, it has more than1,400years of history. Our country is always the largest country in fireworks and firecrackers production, the production accounts for about90%of the world, these fireworks almost all shipment through the port exports, mostly through the inland port of shipment transported to the harbor of Sino-trans, or direct export. The fireworks are dangerous goods, with explosion hazardous characteristics, when subjected to impact, vibration, friction or contact with high temperature, the source of fire, explosion may occur. Making the fireworks container handling, storage, transportation, and other operating process, there is the danger of explosion accidents, often causing casualties and property losses.The realistic characteristics of this thesishas fully consideredas the actual development of China’s inland shipping and fireworks container transport.Based on this reality, this thesis has analyzedthe existing research results at home and abroad, researched and developedthe fireworks container automatic monitoring of inland waterway transport,solved the technical issues of fireworks container in waterway transport process, such as the state of the data acquisition and wireless transmission of fireworks containers.This thesis has already implemented theremote real-time status monitoring and tracking system for fireworks container in the process of water transport.By determine the physical and chemical characteristics of the fireworks and the qualitative analysis of the sensitivity, this thesishas confirmed the physical quantities of fireworks during transport monitoring. Combined with the actual needs of the inland container transport, we determined the other essential auxiliary elementsof shipping.The thesis also finished the overall framework for the design of the monitoring system, including four-tier structure as the data acquisition layer, the layer of on-site monitoring, data transmission layer, and remote monitoring layer, accomplished theemergency aided decision support program. The system can be achieved through the GPRS network collected information accessible interactive, on-site monitoring and remote telemetry can timely obtain the fireworks container transport firsthand data, this system is able to grasp the transport ship of the monitoring data changes. Through the auxiliary emergency decision-making program generates dangerous cargo container monitoring efforts to strengthen and improve the accuracy of monitoring, shorten response time, accomplish remote monitoring.This thesishas built the shipboard data services platform and remote monitoring platform, the shipboard data services platform to provide ship status information and early warning, will be associated with the event ship information, as well as historical information, and analysis to organize and form a packet. Ship-to-shore communication system automatically sent to the remote data monitoring systems, two-way communication between the two platforms,accomplish real-time Internet.
