Research And Implementation Of Customizable User Interface In Integration Design Of Complex Product

The design process of complex product involves much software and many repeated calculations, deals with many numerous input data and output data, and always brings some graphics. It is difficult for design engineers to view and handle various types and formats of data by hand, so the style of catching data should be changed urgently.To solve the problem of difficulty of data catching and low efficiency of product design, we propose the customizable interface, which is devoted to catch file parameters for design engineers, and the interface undertakes main task of interaction of customer and system. Aimed to observe any type of data, we analyze file format and the function of interface, study the constitution and key technology, and obtain the following results:As the file and customer is of different, we propose personalized interface customization, which is helpful for enhancing the efficiency and quality of design. Interface customization is based on software component technology of.NET assembly standard and standard graphical user-interface technologies is adopted, so engineers can master this technology and develop proper interface in a short time. As the file structure is of different and calculation is repeated and complex, it is proposed technology of document analysis, which includes file storage mode and parsing method, supports for analysis of any non-structural and structural documents. Database is applied to save the information of interface and control, so the customer interface can be kept permanently.Object-oriented technology is adopted by the customizable interface, so it is more convenient and flexible for engineers to use; it can provide more interface elements, load knowledge rules dynamically, recognize the elements’type which are dragged and dropped from the platform and then generate the appropriate combination of interface elements; it can catch any structured and unstructured data files of any type and format; it can conserve the user interface forever, which is customized by customer; it can display the user interface customized by customer exactly. The application of the customizable interface greatly improves the design engineers’ efficiency and design quality, so it has important scientific research and practical application value for the development of complex product’s management system.
