The factors of the diversity of user requirements, network evolution and investment protection for operators result in that various networks architectures will coexist in the coming period, including the2-layer networks of IP(MPLS)/SDH, IP/WDM and SDH/WDM, and3-layer of IP(MPLS)/SDH/WDM. Researching on how to make the joint routing and resource optimization feasible in the networks mentioned above has very important academic significance and application value.Sponsored by the Key Technology Research and Experiment System based on PCE in Multi-layer Multi-region Optical Network from the State High Technology Research&Development Project (863Project), and considering the present network structures and future development characteristics, we propose a algorithm framework of the joint routing&resource optimization for static and dynamic traffic in multilayer networks. This dissertation uses the mathematical model to describe the network model and problem, and takes considerations of the network layering, interaction among different layers and diversity of traffic attributes belonging to different users. The study focus in this dissertation is on the routing policy based on Ant Colony algorithm for dynamic traffic, and static traffic grooming policy based on Tabu Search algorithm. The software performing the proposed policies of the service grooming and routing is designed and implemented. The performance of the proposed policies is analysed and validated by computer simulation in multiple aspects. Finally, the whole summary of this dissertation is given and the issues to be studied further are also presented. |
