An Approach To The Recovery Of Omissible Noun Discourse-based And Its Application In Mechanical Product Design

With the development of social informationization and the popularity of networkproducts, natural language understanding is becoming one of the most interesting andchallenging issues in computer science. This paper applies the recovery of omissiblecollective words in natural language understanding to product design, support thesubsequent design by requirements analysis of nature language expression, thenimprove the competitive of products.This paper classification study on the collective omission and recovery, determinethe defining standard of the Omissible of collective words which is based on the naturallanguage understanding and combine the research situation of omission sentence andcollective. Based on the representation methods of Knowledge Frame, ontology andConceptual Dependency Theory, related knowledge representations are designed. Bywriting the rules, interrogative pronouns processing is realized. And the treatment of theRecovery of Omissible collective words is implemented by module. At last, theprocessing model is applied in the NLU system for Product Design and the relatedknowledge base is builded. By some instances, the understanding process of TheRecovery of Omissible collective words for the requirements of product design isshowed.
