With the electronization of the government affairs, and the actual needs of organ’s "department", this paper tries to study Agent data acquisition system with a rule of inerratic engine component, in order to solve the problem of "information island" better, thus achieve the aim of data sharing effectively.The paper compares various of data acquisition methods, aim at enterprise credit information acquisition system based on Agent data acquisition method. And solve the problems of data transmission, through data incremental backup and transformation of heterogeneous data formats. The data acquisition system integrated inerratic engine components, built Agent intelligent rule base, made the source data get change, and defined the acquisition projects through compared the rules of the inerratic base, realized data transmission based on rules. The system coordinated the work of each Agent through Agent communication, to achieve the aim of data acquisition, conversion and storage. A couple Agents are working in C/S mode, to establish a secure communication connection. For heterogeneous database, the system converted the extracted data, data formats, and transmitted to the server-side as a standard XML documents according to rules designed. Server-side Agent parsing data from XML documents, and object identification data stored in the server database. The paper designed and realized the data acquisition system based on Agent, and made a experimental by collecting enterprise credit information and the data from database of acquisition system.The running result of the system, shows that the data acquisition system that we design is stable, it lightens the complexity of data acquisition in the round, and it has the advantages of flexible operation and better expansibility.
