In recent years, although facing the intense competition for tablet PCs and smart handheld devices, personal PC market demand is still growing. In the meanwhile, friction case between consumer and manufacturer are increasing, because of the products after sale repair not properly addressed, the cases that enterprise lost consumer trust have occurred, such as China Hewlett-Packard Co., Ltd. lost personal notebook consumer market after3.15CCTV exposure product quality problems.At present, PC manufacturers examine internal after-sales process while also focus on considering how to integrate existing information systems and build the recognition system to resolve problem effectively.This paper proposed the solution of valid and bad user recognition system which based on rule engine, first, establish the valid and bad rules, and then apply the technology of rule engine, get the valid or bad status of complainant users by matching the rules and facts. Valid and bad rules greatly improve the identification of system for user complaints and ensure the after-sale user experience, The appliance of rule engine make decision makers update the valid and bad rules in time without the help that developers change the program and help system to respond quickly according to the corporate decision-making. The main work is as follows:First, establish the standard valid and bad rules.Second, build rule engine system to determine the user status by matching rules and factual information.Third, apply it into after-sales process and make process much better.The solution of this paper has been used for the construction of Enterprise information systems, after implementation, it help Enterprise to solve the following problem:correctly identify the valid or bad status of complaint users, provide powerful service to support with after-sales process, avoid the waste of aftermarket human resources to deal with bad user complaints, ensure perfect maintenance experience of valid complaint users. Enterprise has listed it as a long-term IT development strategy.
