With the rapid development of Internet and the popularity of mobile storage device,it is much more convenient for our daily lives.However,it is also growing illegalcopying or modifying the digital products without the permission of the copyrightowner. Therefore, the information security, such as copyright protection ect, hasbecome increasingly prominent. Digital watermarking technology arises in this context.In recent years, digital watermarking research focuses on image and video, and thaton the text digital watermarking is few. However, the main way to store and transmitinformation is through a text document in real life, so it is of a great contrast laggingbehind of the text digital watermarking technology.In this situation, this paper studies a robust and a fragile text digital watermarkingbased on the font color. Then a text digital watermarking algorithm is present that ismore robust and can detect and locate the tamper after combining the two algorithms.At last, the algorithm is applied in the secure digital office based on fingerprintidetification technology and a scheme to trace the people who leak the Word documentis designed. It is proved that the scheme can trace the people effectively who leak theinformation.
