Design And Implementation Of Military Industrial Enterprises Contract Management System Based On Workflow

With the informationization process of the army enterprise, managers have encountered many problems in the use of the existing information platform system. Especially the management of business process, the former system could not meet the daily demand. In order to adapt to the changing internal and external environment, enterprises need a quick change and optimization of their business process, which forced enterprises to seek a new technology to establish a new type of business process supporting mechanism, which should not only support the rapid changes of the organizational structure and business process of enterprises, but also support the integration of the existent information resources in enterprises.In this paper, the workflow management system and the technology of synergic production are introduced to the construction of information platform system in army enterprise. The following three aspects were mainly studied in this paper:Firstly, the thesis shows us both the origin of the workflow, the present situation and the development tendency. Then it explains the related concept of workflow, the concept of the workflow management system, the main function of the workflow management system, and the structure of workflow management system and reference model proposed by WFMC. At the same time, the paper explains the related concept of synergic production.Secondly, this system base on the architecture of JSF+Spring+Hibernate which is a mature source-open J2EE frame. The three-tier application based on MVC architecture of J2EE has good expansibility reliable security and easiness to seamless integration whit existed application systems and supports fast development. In the MVC architecture of this system, JSF accomplish presentation layer and hand over its business logic to spring, manage objects’relation of between controller and data access object through spring, and make data persistence by hibernate.Finally, the SysnchroFlow-based design method is designed combing with workflow-based system development ideas. This experience has been used for the design and implementation of several system modules. At the same time, the paper design and realize the synergic operation between contact management and stock management.
