| With China’s rapid economic development and urbanization, rising levels of industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater is increasing. In order to maintain sustained, healthy growth and a benign cycle of ecological environment, industrial and domestic sewage must be addressed. In the sewage treatment plant, sewage treatment equipment of various distribution is more dispersed. To monitor the operation of field device parameters and operating status, need to establish a central monitoring system. The monitoring system consists of on-site testing, data acquisition and processing, data communications and central control and other components, on-site instrumentation detected parameters and operating status of equipment processed through the computer network uploaded to the central control room, the operation of the central control room personnel by monitoring computer monitoring the operational status of all plant equipment. Operating personnel and equipment operation under the operating parameters of various control orders issued by the state, control instructions transmitted through the computer network field, the control device corresponding action. Transmit data using wireless communications can save a lot of communication cables and construction work, the economy and improve system maintainability.The system design which reference to many project experience considering much about the customer demand. I participated in the entire project lifecycle, mainly responsible for market investigation and study, customer demand analysis, construction plan, system design, selection of devices, installation, programming and commissioning etc, it’s proved that the function and performance of Sewage treatment system has achieved the customer expectation.This paper has given explanation and elaboration in view of the key technologies detail and the equipment situation. These application experiences of wireless network have important reference value for the related application. |
