With the development of computer vision technology, machine vision measurement inindustry, particularly in the manufacturing research was supported by the widespreadconcern worldwide.Structured light as a3D machine vision measurement technology, itworked on both of following. In the hardware is composed of CCD camera and activeirradiation light source, and the software by the CCD camera imaging model andillumination model. For composed of point light structure light measurement system, this paper studies theequation of the light in the camera coordinate system calibration method. First using holeimaging principle will camera combined with normal lens to form a pinhole camera, set upthe camera imaging model of linear and nonlinear, establish the world coordinate, cameracoordinate system and image coordinate system, in considering the radial distortion andtangential distortion under the conditions of coordinate transformation, so as to relize thecamera calibration. The master camera calibration on the basis of the papers through thethreshold segmentation combination of technology and image gray centroid algorithm toextract the coordinates of the center of the light spot image and the pixel coordinates of thecentroid extraction through experiments. Then, the pixel coordinates of the anti-seeking toobtain the coordinates of the light spot in the camera coordinate system, then the use of theleast squares fitting method in the camera coordinate system on the projection line of thespatial line, and gives the corresponding theoretical derivation process. Finally, comparingthis linear equations with discrete points where the straight line, fitting a straight line havinga high degree of accuracy.
