Design&Realization Of Assistant Course Scheduling System Of Shenyang Polytechnic College Based On JAVA

With the ceaseless enlarged enrollment of higher vocational education in ourcountry, the number of college students is hereby growing with each passing day. Theadministrative tasks they confront in every aspect are becoming more and morestrenuous, complicated and diversified, especially the educational administration tasks inhigher vocational colleges. Traditional manual methods for course scheduling whichadopts human processing does include many shortcomings, such as heavy labor amount,low efficiency, nor can they reach the optimized result for teaching resources, etc. As aresult of large amount of information and various types of data concerning educationaladministration in higher vocational colleges, traditional mode of educationaladministration has yet become far from satisfying the requirement of modernizedmanagement apparently.Therefore it grows the only route for higher vocational colleges to develop amulti-functional, simple-operating assistant course scheduling system with humanityfeatures in order to satisfy the higher working requirements brought by the continuousenlarged enrollment of higher vocational education, which is also the inexorable trend toapply modernized educational administration to higher vocational colleges. Taking thecourse features in higher vocational colleges as point of penetration, this assistant coursescheduling system considered various factors of teaching resources influencing the resultof course scheduling synthetically, in combination with the course configuration rules inhigher vocational colleges; emphatically introduced the design philosophy of coursescheduling module of this assistant course scheduling system, analyzed the logicstructure as well as the operation procedure of this system at great length, elaborated onthe key segments of course scheduling in detail focusing on such function as designemphasis. In addition, such assistant coursescheduling system offered the authority of modifying such information as teachingresource, teaching objects, etc. to educational administrators in college level, regardingthe educational task within the entire college as nucleus to dispense teaching resourcesto each department as a whole.Ultimately while succeeding in the implementation of course scheduling as well asretrieving multiple course scheduling information, according to relevant requirementsand operation regulations of course scheduling task in higher vocational colleges, furtherimprovement requirements and prospective notions. In order that such assistant coursescheduling system will be capable of becoming improved in the applicative process offuture practice, shouldering more significant mission with the purpose of promoting theefficiency of course scheduling and deepening modernization degree of administrationtask in higher vocational colleges.
