Research On Construction Of Domain Ontology And Semantic Retrieval Model

In information society, accessing information timely and effectivelybecomes an important force to promote social development and progress.With the rapidly develop of Internet, the information on the Internet isshowing a explosive growth. The traditional keyword-based retrievaltechnique which couldn’t understand the semantic of information andthe user’s search keywords simply matched just at the levelof words andphrases has been unable to meet the needs of users. There is no means toavoid natural language phenomena affecting retrieval results，such aspolysemy and synonym. But the semantic retrieval technique provides asemantic understanding-based retrieval method, which has covered theshortage of the traditional retrieval. The semantic retrieval techniquetakes advantage of semantic relationships among information resourcesand realizes information retrieval from semantic level, so it has becomea hot research field of information retrieval.Based on analyses the current status of semantic retrieval research,this paper focuses on research and analysis of the semantic web,ontology theory and an overview of information retrieval, thenintroduces the principles, construction methods of domain ontology, thetools for ontology construction and the accounting domain ontologymodeling. The modeling and semantic description of the relationshipsamong concepts belonged to accounting domain and their objectproperties, data properties, forms a new accounting domain ontology.On the basis of constructed accounting domain ontology, this paperfirstly analyzes the retrieval model based on domain ontology, describesits features, discusses design principle and basic thought of retrievalmodel, proposes a ontology-based semantic retrieval model and discussed the parts of model in detail. Then，the paper researchesontology semantic extension query technique, realizes semantic retrievalof accounting domain ontology in a certain degree.The study of this paper is a process of exploring, just in a basic stage.In the future, the research will combine Jena or other ontology extensiontools, in real development environment and realize ontology-basedsemantic retrieval, not a test one. And hoped that this model can beapplied on the Internet, allow user to study and research it easily.
