With the development of telemetry technology and circuit technology,implementation of the wireless communication function goes easier. Aiming atunachievable to reflect the situation by force in real time in the course of thecampaign when studying of the mechanical properties of the rod in thetraditional static case, we proposes a closed environment in thehigh-temperature in this paper, according to the principle of strain telemetry,multi-channel and micro-strain telemetry system design programs. The programproposes a new way to address the problem of the high temperature, confined,narrow, high-speed rotation under stress of engine connecting rod in real-timetesting.In this paper, with understanding the background of the project, we introducethe current situation of domestic and foreign telemetry at first. And according tothe system functions and technical requirements, we selected nRF2401chip to conduct wireless data transmission for micro-strain signal. Then throughtheoretical research on wireless communication technology and miniaturizationof micro-strip antenna, the PCB micro-strip antenna was selected as the wirelesstransceiver antenna, which solves problem of the small size, easy to make,low-cost, temperature drift and impedance matching; the hardware of thetransmitting and receiving module uses the MSP430microcontroller and thenRF2401transceiver chip as one design; the system applying double-bufferingwireless transceiver model greatly reduce the power consumption of the system;host computer creates two threads to process while receiving, which not onlyenhances the flexibility of the system, but also improves the rate at which thereal-time data display; the system successfully performed the detection in thehigh temperature test, which verifies the validity and feasibility of the system ina high temperature environment and reaches a telemetry system designrequirements.
