Microstrip antennas are widely used in rotating part telemetry systems due to their small size,easy conformability,and applicability to metallic environments.Focused on the difficulties in the design of near-range telemetry antennas,a variety of antennas are designed for different requirements.Based on FR4 substrate material,this thesis designs a two-module rotor antenna with end-to-end mounting mode,miniaturizes the antenna by using arc patch.The experimental test results show that the resonant frequencies are 1.42 GHz and 1.51 GHz and the total bandwidth is 45.1MHz,which meet the design requirements.A single module broadband rotor antenna that working at 1.5GHz is designed.Extends its bandwidth by loading two shorting pins,the simulation shows that the bandwidth is 90.8MHz while the test result shows that bandwidth reaches 62.5MHz,and the bandwidths meet the requirements.Another single module broadband rotor antenna that working at 2.4GHz is designed.Extends its bandwidth by slotting on the antenna patch and the ground plate simultaneously,and the simulation shows that the bandwidth is 137 MHz while the test result shows that the bandwidth reached 150 MHz,which meets the requirements.For the stator antenna with end-to-end mounting mode,this thesis designs a broadband traveling wave receiving antenna,achieves large bandwidth by loading a matching load at one end of the open circular antenna to excite traveling wave current.Both simulation and experimental results show that the antenna's bandwidth covers 1.3-1.7GHz band.The transmission performance of the two-module rotor antenna and stator antenna with end-to-end mounting mode is tested,and the results show that the transmission performance decreases with the increase of distance and decreases in some angle intervals with the rotation of the rotor antenna.The antennas can achieve accurate transmission of signal.To achieve the flexible and bendable installation requirements of the antenna for the sleeve mounting mode,this thesis designs telemetry antennas with Teflon substrate,and rotor antenna is miniaturized by using dumbbell-shaped patch.The experimental results show that the total bandwidth of rotor antenna reaches 75.8MHz,and the bandwidth of stator antenna covers 1.3-1.7GHz band,which can realize the accurate transmission and reception of signals and meet the design requirements.Designs another flexible telemetry antenna using FR4 substrate with thickness of0.6mm,so that the antennas can be bendable.The experimental results show that the total bandwidths of rotor and stator antennas reach 123.2MHz and cover 1.3-1.7GHz frequency band respectively.Both bandwidths and transmission performance meet the requirements.
