Since the end of the twentieth century, digital radiography detection technology has beengreatly developed in China. Due to the low cost of detection、efficiency、reliable and reusable,this technology has been widely used in aerospace、military、pressure vessels、cars、long-distance pipeline、power electronics and other industries. Moreover, it made a significantcontribution to the construction of the national economy. However, the digital radiographydetection technology standards are few. Digital radiography detection standardization systemhas not been established, and can not meet the requirements of China’s industrial digitalradiography detection, which play a huge impediment for China to improve product quality, toimprove product safety and reliability, to improve production efficiency. Therefore, tocomparative and research digital radiography detection technology standards at home andabroad, and to promote the establishment of digital radiography detection standardizationsystem, have become an urgent problem.In this paper, we propose the standards system which suite to China’s digital radiographytechnology development, by compare and research digital radiography detection technologystandards at home and abroad and experimental analysis the key technologies and indicatorsof digital radiography detection. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Analysis the digital radiography detection technology standards of United States,Europe,international and China. Research the main content, technology and applicationobject of the various standards. Compare and research digital radiography detectiontechnology standards at home and abroad from three aspects, which are standard system,equipment performance and image quality requirements.(2) Research the key technologies and indicators of digital radiography detection,including image sensitivity, image resolution, ISO17636-2standard compensation principleand the effective detected length of steel pipe girth weld. Propose the limited parameters of effective detected length of steel pipe girth weld.(3) Analysis the problems of digital radiography detection standards of China. Proposethe principle of building digital radiography detection standard system. Establish standardssystem which in line with the development of China’s digital radiography detectiontechnology.
