X-ray radiography detection is one of the main detection methods of industrial nondestructive testing, and has a wide range of application in this field. However, the x-ray radiography detection equipment using for industrial nondestructive testing was monopolized by foreign manufacturers in the market. The cost of this equipment is expensive and the detection resolution of domestic equipment is not high, so it is urgently need to develop a set of x-ray radiography detection system with low cost and high resolution.To meet the requirements of design, this paper uses the domestic x-ray image intensifier as a imaging device of system to reduce the equipment cost; At the same time, the factors influencing x-ray imaging in x-ray radiography detection system have been carried on the detailed research, on this basis, selecting the appropriated device to complete the work of system building, Moreover, x-ray image noise reduction method and image processing techniques was also studied, selecting and using the improved frame superposition method to deal with the noise of the x-ray image, it finally designs and implements a software of x-ray radiography detection system.Experiments show that the x-ray imaging detection equipment developed by imaging detection system and image processing method designed in this paper meets the design requirements.
