Along with the arrival of the information age, Internet has become an indispensable partof people’s life and work. The transmission of information can be convenient and efficient. Atthe same time, network security has received a great challenge. All kinds of network securitytechnology arise at the historic moment, and obtain the extensive development andapplication.Encryption and decryption technology has a long history as a key in the field ofinformation security. Its application is no longer limited to the national military political field,also widely used in commercial enterprises and individual information. It causes highcommercial value and social value. Therefore, it is necessary for us to have an in-depth studyin network file encryption and decryption technology.On the basis of in-depth study of the development of cryptographic techniques,encryption algorithm principle, the RSA public key encryption algorithm is proposed, whichcombines with SMM algorithm and sliding window algorithm. In Visual Studio2010platformthe network file encryption system is constructed using c#program language. The system issafe and reliable, and makes full use of the advantages of public key cryptosystem. Theimproved algorithm enhances the speed of the encryption and decryption processing. It isapplied to the application layer of the OSI reference model, and uses the end-to-endencryption to ensure the safety of cipher text. At the same time, the system adopts C/Sarchitecture. The client has user interface and completes user operation processing capabilities;the server implements specific encryption step. With the friendly user interface, the systemhas a good human-computer exchange function and a broad prospect in the field of networkinformation security...
