Research Of Monitoring System For Variety Finished Pipeline Transmission

In recent years, with the rapid economic development of our country, theenergy dependence becomes higher and higher, especially product oil. Highwaytransportation and people daily traffic are very dependent on product oil, which ithas already become the blood of the national development, so the supply ofproduct oil relates to the survival and development of a country. Product oiltransportation is very important.This paper is based on the projects from ShenYang to FuShun, with the PLCwhich is belong to the SIMENS S7-400H as the core computer and KingView6.53which is producted by Wellintech company as the core soft. We design akind of monitoring system to realize data collected and control, which principalcomputer collect and control accurately and principal computer has a friendlyman-machine interface also a clear view. This system is also easy to maintenanceand flexible to configuration,and its safety is high.The system series S7-400H PLC application with double machine thermalredundant system solutions for control oil system.This paper introduces thestructure and work principle of the control system. Controlling by PLC, thesystem is regulated by the frequency converter to adjust the pressure, by PIDoperation, and PLC convert the frequency and switch the frequency. Thus theclosed loop can keep constant voltage and velocity to realize transport the oilsteady. We introduce the hardware and software configuration in detail, and pointout the problem which is shown up in the design of the system, and we also givethe solution to the problem.This system can realize the oil transportation at constant voltage and velocity,its principal computer interface can show the industrial site data precisely andcontrol the equipment neatly and accurately, which meet the demand of the system and realize the steady ransportation between the two cities.
